Originally drawn to Belize for its natural beauty and vibrant culture, Karissa quickly recognized a growing need for dependable, hands-on property management—especially for remote homeowners who needed someone they could trust. That insight, combined with her passion for service and keen attention to detail, inspired her to launch Snowless Belize.
